Chinese phellodendron bark (phellodendron amurense), goldenseal root (hydratis canadensis), barberry root bark (berberis vulgaris), chinese coptis root (coptis chinesis), xylitol (derived from birch bark), peppermint oil (mentha piperita), eucalyptus oil (eucalyptus globulus), menthol (mentha spp.), grapefruit seed extract, vegetable glycerin, polysorbate 20 (derived from coconut oil), in a base of distilled water. Shake well before use. Fill your Neti Pot with warm sterile water and a level 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper-full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to ensure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions.
