This was excess for my home , has been turned on just to see it works .. than put back in its box.. Please note the box is highly damaged but Item is new with warranty still about 17months left. The internal packaging is missing but would be sent well padded . You can see the filter in the pics is brand new and genuine dyson part that came with it .
